Taxes support for eCommerce Products/SKUs
鉁匒s an eCommerce company, I want to ensure accurate tax calculations are applied to all orders placed on our platform so that we comply with tax regulations and provide customers with transparent pricing.
We're excited to share that our tax calculation system has been extended to support our eCommerce module! Taxes can now be accurately applied to eCommerce orders, ensuring compliance and transparency. These improvements streamline order creation, invoice generation, and returns, ensuring accuracy at every step.
Enhancements
Enhancement to Subscription Status Filter Criteria
鈴獳s an admin, I want to be able to effectively filters subscriptions based on their status, so that I'm able to create the appropriate segments and action them as needed
We have revisited some of the subscription status criteria filters currently present on the List builder, Segment builder, and subscription section, to ensure clarity on the behavior of each filter. The below table can be used as a guide:

Incomplete
New subscriptions which have not successfully been paid at the time of creation.
Incomplete Expired
New subscriptions which have not successfully been paid for more than 24 hours since creation.
Trialling
Active Subscriptions which are in trial.
Active
Active Subscriptions which have passed the trial, excluding extended subscriptions.
Extended
Subscriptions which have been extended beyond their original end date.
Past Due
Subscriptions with an open invoice that exceeded the invoice due date, but payments are still attempted.
Unpaid
Subscriptions with one or more open invoices that exceeded the invoice due date, but payments are no longer attempted.
Cancelled
Subscriptions which have been active on the system then expired organically, were cancelled at period end, or cancelled mid-period.
List/Segment Builder:
Expired/Canceled at Period End
Subscriptions which have been active on the system then expired organically or cancelled at period end.
Canceled Immediately
Subscriptions which have been active on the system are then cancelled mid-period.
Enhanced 3DS Support for UI Flows
鈴獳s a user using 3DS card, I want payments to process without failures when subscribing for a trial plan or on renewals.
We're thrilled to introduce 3DSv2 support to additional UI flows, including creating new subscriptions after a trial period, subscription renewals, and making payments to advance invoices.
Relocation of Dashboard Page for Enhanced Performance
As an admin, I want to easily access the Dashboard page within the Analytics section for improved performance and navigation.
The Dashboard page has been relocated to our Analytics section. Under the Analytics section, you'll now find two subsections: Dashboard and Reports. The Dashboard subsection features the reinstated old dashboard page, providing familiar insights. Meanwhile, the Reports section continues to offer detailed analytics functionalities.
General Performance Improvements
鈴獳s an admin,I want to experience faster load times, so that I can efficiently access and manage data without delays or performance issues.
We're introducing cursor pagination for several sections of our platform: customers, invoices, subscriptions, addresses, and payments. While this would provide a significant performance improvement, it introduces the side effect of not having the section totals displayed on top of each section.
As an alternative, email notifications accompanying data exports will now include all the essential details like the export file name, what's being exported, date ranges applied, as well as the exported records total count.
